These Terms govern your use of the FastLift mobile app. By downloading or using FastLift, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Health disclaimer. FastLift is a general wellness and productivity tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information in the app is general and educational. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing a fasting or training routine. Fasting may not be suitable during pregnancy, for people under 18, or for people with medical conditions. Use the app at your own discretion and stop if you feel unwell.

1. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use FastLift for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. What FastLift does

FastLift helps you run an intermittent fasting timer, log simple daily training and protein checks, and review your history and stats. It is designed for people who fast, lift, and track their protein. FastLift sells a workflow for organising these routines. It does not promise weight loss, body transformation, or any health outcome.

3. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

FastLift offers an optional premium subscription, "FastLift Premium", which unlocks premium features such as the full history and stats suite, fasting stage insights, and the learn content. The basic fasting timer remains free to use.

4. Your data

FastLift stores your fasting and activity data on your device. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in any unlawful way.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Apple and Google

If you downloaded FastLift from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
