FastLift is a local-first app. The following is created and kept on your device and is not transmitted to us or to any server:
Because this data never leaves your device, we cannot see it, access it, or recover it. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.
If you start a subscription or free trial, the transaction is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat, a subscription management provider, to confirm your subscription status so the app can unlock premium features and restore your purchase on a new device.

FastLift is a general wellness and productivity tool for organising fasting and training routines. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Any fasting or nutrition information in the app is general and educational. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your eating or training routine, and do not use the app as a substitute for professional advice.
FastLift is not directed to children. Fasting may not be appropriate for people under 18, during pregnancy, or for people with certain medical conditions, and the app advises consulting a doctor first.
Because your personal data lives on your device, you control it directly: you can change your entries in the app or delete the app to remove the on-device data. For questions about purchase data held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat, contact those providers or email us at [email protected] and we will help where we can. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the UK GDPR or the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in the app where appropriate.
