What deletion does. This permanently deletes your account and all your synced data from our servers. Your data stays on this device and the app keeps working in local-only mode. This can't be undone.
Delete in the app (fastest)
If you can open FastLift on your device, you can delete your account from inside the app:
- Open FastLift and go to the Settings tab.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- On the confirmation sheet, tap Delete account again to confirm.
When you confirm, we delete your account and all your synced data from our servers, then sign you out on this device. Your on-device data is kept and the app keeps working in local-only mode.
Delete by request (no app needed)
If you cannot open the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete your account and all your synced data for you.
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my FastLift account".
- Send it from the email address you use to sign in to FastLift, so we can verify the request.
We confirm by email once your account and synced data have been deleted. We aim to action requests within 30 days.

What is deleted
Deletion removes the data stored under your account on our servers, including:
- Your account and sign-in email.
- Your synced fasting history, daily training and protein toggles, workouts and sets, foods and food entries, and your protein target.
What is kept
- On-device data: the copy of your data on this device is not wiped, so the app keeps working in local-only mode. If you also want to remove the on-device copy, delete the app from your device.
- Purchase records: subscription and purchase records held by Apple, Google, and our subscription provider RevenueCat may be retained where required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons. These are not part of your synced fasting data. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Where your data is stored
If you use an optional FastLift account, your synced data is stored on Supabase in the London (eu-west-2) region, with sync handled by PowerSync. See our Privacy Policy for details.
